Ok... What happens when your systems crashes and you need to reinstall the operating system and Microsoft 2004? I have the data stored on a backup drive in a folder named Office 2004 Identities.
When I am in Entourage 2004, I go to Import and it gives me 4 options.
• Import information from an Entourage archive
• Import information from a program
• Import information from a text file
• Import holidays

I chose "from a program" seeing as this is the only option that seems to work for this particular folder. However, it only gives me import options for Entourage X and 2001 and a bunch of other applications but not 2004? Help...anyone..?
